These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer. As customs regulations differ from country to country, Qoravelix cannot determine these charges in advance and is unable to reimburse them.

Qoravelix is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details. If an order is returned due to an address-related issue, customers may be required to pay additional shipping costs for reshipment.
